I planned, promoted, executed, designed the event brand, created printed materials and presentations, and documented the first ever Google Pest Control Summit for Go Local Interactive – an invite-only, educational marketing event for its partners and premier pest control industry professionals. The Summit took place at the Googleplex in Mountain View, CA and The Grove Google Experience Center in Redwood City, CA on March 27 and 28. Representatives from Google provided exclusive insights into recent search-related developments – both in the pest control industry and in general. The event aimed to provide pest control industry and marketing professionals from across the country with networking opportunities and industry-specific educational information on digital marketing trends.
The event kicked off with a tour of the Google campus (Googleplex) followed by a welcome reception cocktail event. Attendees had a chance to mingle with Go Local and Google representatives as well as network with other pest control industry professionals.
The Summit took place the following day at The Grove Google Experience Center in Redwood City, CA. Representatives from Google gave the keynote speeches at the event, providing exclusive insights into recent search-related developments – both in the pest control industry and in general. In the morning, guests attended the educational speeches by Go Local executives and Google as well as an expert Q&A panel comprised of Google, Go Local, and banking industry professionals. After lunch provided by Google, attendees enjoyed open roundtable discussions covering a variety of search marketing topics as well as discussed their individual digital marketing programs in 1-on-1 meetings with Google and Go Local.
